My Favorite Pictures
These photos are the ones I like and I am hoping the viewer of my blog will like too.

This rose was facing morning sun. You can also see a bug there. I must confess this picture was taken with my cellphone camera.

Rhododendron. The sun was shining from top right side.

This picture shows sense of motion (my son walking ). The technic is 'panning' - here you rotate yourself waist upwards with the focus on the subject.

Here I tried to freeze the fall of my glasses by prior manual focus and high f-speed

I tried to catch the various colors of fall. I wish the pole was not there.

One day I was going to work. There was a dense fog that morning and I saw this empty parking lot. I was so compelled to take a picture that I returned to home, picked up my camera and took the photo.

Showing motion - Again freezing motion of the flow of water from faucet using fast f-speed

Showing motion - of the flow of water from faucet using slow f-speed

Rose in my back yard

Last Christmas, I saw this lighted sleigh of Santa Claus with Reindeer on roof of our neighbor. Of course, I used tripod to steady my camera.

You might wonder how I shot this one - I took it from quite a high floor of a tall building using slow f-speed and moving camera over the traffic, at night

I took this portrait of my brother using selective focus and widest aperture
